SONOWAND AS is a privately held company. Here is a brief introduction of our main investors:


Greenway AS is an investment company based in Norway. Greenway AS holds both industrial activities in the form of active and long-term ownership of companies with international potential, and financial activities carried out through investments in a broad range of asset classes.	Years of experience combined with active ownership have contributed to a profitable business for Selvaag Invest. During the last decade their main focus has been directed towards technology, private equity and shipping.	Koteng is a well-established real estate firm in Trondheim. The company owns / co-owns and runs over 160 000 m2 of commercial property in central parts of Trondheim.

Såkorn Invest aims to identify and develop technology based business ideas with an international potential and market perspective. Såkorn Invest contributes with active and competent ownership and networking in addition to early-stage high risk equity capital. Såkorn Invest has actively contributed since the establishment of SONOWAND in 1998.	Pir Management is a private equity company, an active participant and owner in a big and growing cluster of young and recently established high tech companies. Pir Management is one of the major shareholders in Leiv Eiriksson Nyskapning. Pir Management is engaged in property development, and is the founder and builder of the Pir- Senter in Trondheim.	Boa Eiendom AS (Boa Group), is a small company investing in real estate and financial assets. It is the sister company of Taubåtkomaniet AS, founded 1975, as a tug and salvage company. Taubåtkompaniet AS is the managing company for all vessels within the Boa Group of companies and offer complete transport solutions and a variety of offshore and subsea construction services worldwide.

Per July 2008, all SONOWAND AS personnel are shareholders of the company. This is a sign of our employee's dedication and true involvement in SONOWAND AS business development.
