SONOWAND AS is continuously focused on providing excellent service and support to all our customers. Availability and rapid response time is particularly essential when operating in the field of medical technology.

Each SonoWand® System is shipped with a signed warranty agreement and SONOWAND AS offers various levels of service contracts beyond this warranty period. SONOWAND AS sets high standards for our Distributors in terms of service to the end user and each Distributor is required to have a SonoWand® Authorized Service Technician. It is the responsibility of the distributor to inform and offer updates, upgrades and new modules to all end users. Upon request from our Distributors, SONOWAND AS is able to assist both distributors and end-users.
